Seatwave are the UK's biggest ticket reseller site and a sister company of Ticketmaster. Working alongside Hall and Partners, we wanted to find out more about their users and how they could be best served.

We created a unique interface between their Web Analytics installation and our ‘voice of customer’ Insite survey, to marry up what people said, with what they actually did. This gave a unique level of insight into their users and is a great example of how qual and quant research are merging online.
